2. Project Commencement and Payment

• Projects commence upon receipt of the agreed initial deposit.
• Payment schedules are defined per project. All invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe.
• Failure to make payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, the ownership of the final website design and code is transferred to the client. However, Site-on Web Solution retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary content, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may extend project deadlines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Site-on Web Solution will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with the use of our services or website.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
